The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court connected Monday directed the Vilathikulam Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to analyse the execution of a 17-year-old Class XII miss astatine Kulathur successful Thoothukudi, which had sparked wide outrage.
A Division Bench of Justices N. Sathish Kumar and M. Jothiraman directed the Vilathikulam DSP to grounds audio-video statements of the parents of the girl, and asked the parents to cooperate with the investigation. The Thoothukudi Superintendent of Police submitted a presumption report. The lawsuit diary files were besides submitted to the court.
