Third language row: Minister says govt. has filed review petition

Minister for School Education and Literacy Madhu Bangarappa told media persons connected Saturday that the State authorities had filed a reappraisal petition successful the High Court of Karnataka, against a azygous justice Bench directive to grant marks not grades for 3rd connection papers successful SSLC examination.
