The Whole Story: A powerful showcase of Dalit art, identity, and resistance

BR Ambedkar said, “Freedom of caput is the existent freedom.” In the discourse of art, it takes connected different meaning — creation that sparks dialogue, that softly resists, and, successful doing so, becomes an enactment of revolution. Over the adjacent fewer days, the walls of Lalit Kala Akademi stands arsenic a testament to this spirit, marking Dalit History Month. 

Organised by Neelam Cultural Centre and titled The Whole Story, the accumulation brings unneurotic installations, paintings, and adjacent an animation showcase, featuring the works of 36 Dalit artists from Neelam Arts Collective, arsenic portion of the Vaanam Art Festival.
