In the Nilgiris, 96.32% of students who appeared for Class 10 exams passed. According to authoritative figures, a full of 6,740 students had appeared for the exams from 184 schools. Out of the total, 6,492 students passed, with a walk percent among boys astatine 94.94 and 96.32 among girls. The walk percent this twelvemonth is 3.06% higher than past year’s. In authorities schools, the walk percent was 93.77%. Officials said that 159 of the schools, including 53 authorities ones, recorded 100% pass.
