A three-day nationalist seminar connected “Thanjavur Marathi State: History, Language, Literature and Culture” was held astatine the Tamil University, present from December 22.
It was jointly organised by Tamil University, Thanjavur; Shivaji University, Kolhapur; Mahavir College, Kolhapur; Devchand College, Arjunnagar; and the Shivaji University Marathi Teachers’ Association, and the Shivaji University History Council.
The seminar focused connected the humanities bequest of the Thanjavur Maratha rule, and its lasting contributions to Marathi language, literature, theatre, inscriptions, and taste traditions.
