The Telangana Human Rights Commission (TGHRC) connected Thursday (November 06) conducted an authoritative inspection of Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, arsenic portion of its statutory functions nether Section 12(c) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993.
