The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council —Texprocil— has submitted a practice to the United States Trade Representative (USTR) rejecting claims of excess capableness and forced labour successful the Indian fabric textiles sector.

Responding to the ongoing Section 301 investigations, the Texprocil filed a submission connected April 15 refuting the inclusion of India’s fabric textiles assemblage successful some the investigations.
