Telangana is poised to unafraid 5 further Geographical Indication (GI) tags, strengthening efforts to support accepted livelihoods and region-specific products. The products successful precocious stages of designation are Narayanpet Jewellery Making, Hyderabad Pearls, Banjara Tribal Jewellery, Banjara Needle Craft, and Bathik Paintings.

Over the past 2 years, Telangana has secured 2 GI tags.
