Telangana Revenue dept asks Collectors to take measures in view of heatwave

Considering the prevailing heatwave successful Telangana and the forecast for much terrible conditions successful the coming days, the Revenue (Disaster Management) section connected Wednesday issued a memo detailing the steps to beryllium taken by Collectors and assorted departments to mitigate the risks related to the weather.

Stating that heatwave poses a soundless but deadly risk, the section said it disproportionately affects aged population, children and large women, outdoor workers (agriculture, construction, transport, sanitation), the municipality mediocre and slum dwellers, and livestock and wildlife.
