Telangana Human Rights Commission took suo motu cognizance of the mishap successful Chevella mandal, Rangareddy district, which claimed 19 lives connected Monday (November 3, 2025). The Commission, headed by Chairperson Justice Shameem Akther, directed broad reports from cardinal departments, including Transport, Home, Mines & Geology, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Rangareddy territory Collector and Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC). 

“The Commission noted recurring accidents and alleged gross negligence successful roadworthy safety, enforcement failures, and infrastructural delays violating the Right to Life nether Article 21. The mishap occurred erstwhile a gravel-laden lorry collided with a TGSRTC bus. Besides the impact, the gravel excessively poured into the bus, connected the passengers. The deceased includes an infant.
