Tatiana Schlossberg, granddaughter of JFK, dies of rare form of leukemia

Tatiana Schlossberg, granddaughter ​of the 35th U.S. president, John ‌F. Kennedy, died ​on Tuesday (December 30, 2025) aft revealing successful a November effort that she had been diagnosed with a uncommon signifier of leukemia. She was 35.

Her passing was ​announced by her household ⁠in a societal media station from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library ​and Museum.

“Our ⁠beautiful Tatiana passed distant this morning. She volition ever beryllium successful our hearts,” the ‌family wrote.

Schlossberg was a ‌climate alteration and biology writer and the 2nd kid ‍of JFK’s daughter, erstwhile U.S. diplomat Caroline Kennedy, and the ‍designer-artist Edwin Schlossberg.

In a New Yorker effort published successful November, Schlossberg said she had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia with a uncommon mutation, a crab of the humor ⁠and bony marrow.

At the time, she besides ​criticized her relative Robert F. Kennedy ⁠Jr., the U.S. wellness secretary, for being a vaccine skeptic and cutting backing for crab research.
