Tamil Nadu SIR: Chennai records 28.3 lakh voters in final electoral roll

The last electoral rotation pursuing the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise for Chennai territory has recorded a full of 28,30,936 voters crossed 16 Assembly constituencies.
