T.N. launches third synchronised Nilgiri Tahr survey across Western Ghats

The Tamil Nadu Forest Department has commenced the 3rd synchronised survey of the Nilgiri Tahr from April 24 to 27, covering the species’ full scope crossed the State. Conducted nether the flagship Project Nilgiri Tahr, the yearly workout plays a important relation successful semipermanent conservation readying for Tamil Nadu’s State Animal.
