The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (BCTNP) has constituted a peculiar committee to probe the incidental of a lawyer having been allegedly assaulted and his two-wheeler damaged by Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) workers extracurricular the Madras High Court premises connected October 7.
