Swaralaya, successful relation with the Mahakavi Moyinkutty Vaidyar Mappila Kala Academy, Kondotty, organised a seminar connected ‘Mapila arts successful past and culture’ present connected Saturday evening.
Lissy Mathew, prof astatine Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, inaugurated the seminar.
Swaralaya president N.N. Krishnadas presided implicit the function. Zakeer Hussain P., adjunct prof astatine Government College, Malappuram; Faisal Elettil, Mappilapattu researcher and associated caput of the academy; and Basheer Chungathara, caput of the academy, presented papers astatine the seminar.

Girls from T.R.K. Higher Secondary School, Vaniyamkulam, displayed an oppana performance. A mappila opus recital was presented by Anagha Prasad and Mahima Jayan of BSS Gurukulam School, Alathur, on with Swaralaya artistes Mahir, Vimoj Mohan, Shadiya Shajahan, Nishanth and Sini.
