The Supreme Court connected Monday (April 13, 2026) sought the responses of the Centre, States and each Union Territories connected a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking implementation of Right to Education (RTE) instrumentality which mandates escaped and compulsory acquisition for children aged 6 to 14 years.
