Additional Solicitor General S.V. Raju, for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), said the Jharkhand High Court had erred successful applying the instrumentality to suspend the condemnation of the erstwhile Bihar Chief Minister and others, terming it “post-conviction bail”.
