The Supreme Court connected Monday (April 27, 2026) refused to entertain a peculiar permission petition filed by erstwhile Kerala Minister Antony Raju against a Kerala High Court determination to not suspend his condemnation successful an implicit two-decade-old lawsuit of forging and planting worldly evidence.

A Bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Satish Chandra Sharma dismissed the petition.
