Summer special trains proposed between Mettupalayam and Tuticorin from April 7 to June 4

The Southern Railway has projected to run intra-railway peculiar trains (trains connected demand) betwixt Mettupalayam and Tuticorin during the summertime play to wide other unreserved of passengers.

The connection for operating the services  on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from Tuticorin Junction, and connected Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from Mettupalayam Station, with stoppages astatine Virudhunagar Junction, Madurai Junction, Dindigul Junction, Pollachi Junction, Podanur Junction and Coimbatore Junction has been submitted to the Railway Board for support connected March 30.
