The summertime showers that deed respective parts of Coimbatore territory connected April 30, 2026, (Thursday) brought alleviation to wood occurrence prevention activities being carried retired by the Forest Department.
Except Madukkarai wood range, parts of the remaining six ranges, namely Boluvampatti, Coimbatore, Periyanaickenpalayam, Karamadai, Mettupalayam and Sirumugai, received rain.
