St. Joseph’s College of Engineering connected Wednesday organised the 400th variation of Maperum Tamil Kanavu, a solemnisation of Tamil language, culture, and acquisition excellence.

At the inaugural ceremony, Tamil Nadu Higher Education Minister Govi. Chezhiaan highlighted the value of Tamil successful modern acquisition and younker empowerment. He besides gave distant Bharathi Youth Awards to 2 students of the institution.

Among those who participated were P. Shankar, Higher Education Secretary, S. Sundaravalli, Director of Collegiate Education, S. Visakan, Commissioner, Directorate of Technical Education, B. Babu Manoharan, Founder and Chairman, St. Joseph’s Group of Institutions, and B. Shashi Sekar, Managing Director, St. Joseph’s Group of Institutions.
