Six IPS officers promoted to DGP rank in Telangana

The Telangana authorities has empanelled and promoted six elder IPS officers of the 1995 and 1996 batches to the fertile of Director General of Police (DGP) connected Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

According to orders issued by the General Administration (Services) Department connected April 22, the officers promoted see V. V. Srinivasa Rao, Swati Lakra and Mahesh Bhagwat from the 1995 batch, and Charu Sinha, Anil Kumar and V. C. Sajjanar from the 1996 batch.
