Six eye care centres raided in Miryalaguda, technicians arrested for unauthorised operations

The Telangana Medical Council conducted inspections successful the Miryalaguda connected Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and arrested ophthalmic technicians who were recovered performing surgeries and diagnostic procedures successful the lack of qualified specialists.

Those arrested were Bhanavathu Siva Koteswararao, 36, of Yasaswi Eye Hospital; Gaddam Nagaraju, 46, of Shalini Eye Hospital; Valki Srinu, 48, of Rapha Vision Care Center; Pammi Venkatesh, 29, of Annapuran Netralayam; and Pajjuri Vikas Kumar, 37, of Sri Mahalxmi Vision Care Center.
