The main accused was identified arsenic Ghulam Rasool, 32, a autochthonal of Odisha. Investigators said helium allegedly transported the marijuana to Hyderabad and was trying to merchantability it to section tea, java and snack vendors astatine Chapel Road erstwhile the enforcement squad conducted the raid.

The different arrested accused were identified arsenic Mahmood Khan, 48, Chand Bai, 45, Bismillah Khan, 46, S.K. Mujahid, 32, and Tajuddin Khan, 45. Officials said 5 of the accused were residents of Nampally.

Along with the contraband, the enforcement squad seized ₹14,500 successful cash, the car utilized for proscription and six mobile phones belonging to the accused.
