The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) ordered a compensation of ₹ 1.5 lakh to a 59-year-old pistillate who was illegally detained and tortured by 2 constabulary officers of CB-CID nether the pretext of enquiry successful transportation with a civilian lawsuit 5 years ago.
