SFI sweeps Kannur University Senate polls, wins seven of 10 seats

The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) secured a large triumph successful the Kannur University Senate elections, winning 7 retired of 10 seats successful the General Council of University Union constituency. The Muslim Students Federation (MSF) won the remaining 3 seats, portion the Kerala Students Union (KSU) failed to unfastened its account.

The SFI winners are K. V. Swathi Pradeepan and Amal Pavanan (Thaliparamba Institute of Public Policy and Leadership), K. V. Roshin (Manjeswaram Department of Law, School of Legal Studies), M. Anurag (Pazhayangadi Co-operative Arts and Science College), P. Amalraj (Dr Janaki Ammal Campus, Kannur University), Arya M. Babu (Kanhangad Nehru Arts and Science College) and K.K. Varun (Mangattuparamba Campus, Department of Environmental Studies).

The MSF sheet winners are P. Abdulsalam, K. Munavir and C.H. Syed Thaha.

Following the victory, SFI organised a solemnisation successful Kannur city. Central Committee subordinate Bipinraj Payam, on with State Committee members K. Pranav, T. Joyal, T. P. Akhila and Sarath Raveendran, addressed the gathering.
