Police arrested 7 persons allegedly for ganja peddling and seized 10 kg ganja, six mobile phones and ₹3,000 from them.
On receiving accusation astir ganja peddling successful Boyanapalle village, Mannur constabulary Inspector J. Prasad, on with his team, went to the colony to nab the culprits. Noticing the approaching constabulary vehicles, the accused tried to flee, but were caught eventually.
The accused were identified arsenic Ranjit Kumar and Mahadev Choudhary, who enactment successful a section dhaba and procure ganja from Bihar, and merchantability it to Ravella Mohan Krishna of Tirupati, M. Diya of Railway Kodur, Dasari Tarun and K. Praveen Kumar Reddy of Pullampet, and Pidugu Ajay of Rajampet.
