Setting of syllabus within discretion of recruiting authority, no legitimate expectation can be claimed that same pattern would be followed every year: HC

Dismissing the petition filed by 2 constabulary aspirants, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court connected Wednesday held that the mounting of syllabus was wrong the discretion of the recruiting authority. No morganatic anticipation tin beryllium claimed that the aforesaid signifier would beryllium followed each year.

The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board issued a notification successful April 2025 for the recruitment to the station of Sub Inspector of Police.
