Senior lawyers K.M. Dhandapani, erstwhile Public Prosecutor and erstwhile Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Council, and T.A. Selvaraj, Special Public Prosecutor (‘Q’ Branch and ATS) and erstwhile CBI Special Public Prosecutor, were honoured connected the juncture of Advocates’ Day solemnisation held astatine Nirmala College for Women connected Wednesday.

Rev. L. Thomas Aquinas, Bishop of Coimbatore Diocese, presented the awards instituted by Jai Hind Foundation and The Fort of Patriotism.

He highlighted the indispensable relation of ineligible professionals successful sustaining justness and antiauthoritarian values. Nirmala College for Women presented ‘Humanitarian Excellence Award’ to V. Nandakumar of Jai Hind Foundation for exemplary work to humanity and committedness to societal upliftment. Nirmala College caput Sr. A. Kulandai Therese, Principal Mary Fabiola, module Aseda Fatima R. and Manju Kumari, president of Towards a Serene Kovai (TASK) Gurdip Singh Anand spoke.
