Senior IPS serviceman and Inspector General of Police (IGP), North Zone, Asra Garg has been transferred and posted arsenic IGP, Intelligence, Chennai. He replaces Avinash Kumar who has not been fixed a posting yet. Mr. Garg is simply a 2004-batch serviceman of the Indian Police Service.
