In a determination to support the region’s cultivation aboriginal against volatile upwind patterns and effects of clime change, the Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops hosted a farmers’ seminar present astatine the Rural Training Centre successful Amaravathi Pudur.

The event, titled “Cultivation Technologies for Horticultural Crops Adapted to Climate Change,” was inaugurated by the Minister for Natural Resources, Minerals and Mines T.K. Prabhu.

Highlighting the government’s committedness to grass-roots cultivation support, helium delivered a keynote code and distributed payment assistance worthy ₹19.78 lakh to 39 beneficiaries nether the aegis of the National Horticulture Mission.

Addressing the gathering of section farmers, agronomy experts, and policymakers, Dr. Prabhu emphasised the urgent request to integrate astute technologies into accepted farming to antagonistic shifting biology conditions.

Leading scientists and professors from the Chettinad Agriculture College and Research Institute, alongside experts from the Karaikudi Sethu Bhaskara Agricultural Foundation, spearheaded method sessions, offering actionable strategies connected harvest resilience and sustainable ungraded health.
