Officials and bureau bearers of farmers’ and assorted manufacture associations connected Wednesday called connected Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay astatine the Secretariat successful Chennai.

State Election Commissioner P. Jothi Nirmalasamy called connected Mr. Vijay and held discussions with him. Rajkumar, The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) vice-president Ravi Sam, Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) president Ashwin Chandran, and different office-bearers of SIMA met Mr. Vijay and held discussions regarding the textile manufacture successful Tamil Nadu, energy tariffs for textile units and the implementation of the Tamil Nadu New Integrated Textile Policy 2026.

Further, bureau bearers of the Tamil Nadu Small and Tiny Industries Association (TANSTIA), including its president S. Vasudevan, wide caput V. Nithyanantham, and treasurer P.N. Ragunatha Raja, besides called connected Mr. Vijay. They submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister highlighting the demands of micro, tiny and mean enterprises successful the State and measures needed to fortify them.

Aditya Ganesh, president (Southern Region); Subhakumar, erstwhile president (Southern Region), and different executives of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA) besides met Mr. Vijay.
