DMK Parliamentary Party person Kanimozhi connected Wednesday (February 4, 2026) said seat-sharing talks with the Congress were continuing and lone the committee appointed for the purpose would sermon spot allocation and related issues.

When asked whether the Congress’ request was high, she declined to respond, saying seats had not yet been discussed. She added that DMK president and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin would denote if much governmental parties joined the DMK alliance.

Speaking to reporters aft holding discussions with representatives of assorted organisations to elicit their views and suggestions for inclusion successful the manifesto, Ms. Kanimozhi, who is heading the manifesto committee, said the sheet would see due inputs for inclusion with the Chief Minister’s approval.
