Karnataka Minister for Minor Irrigation and Science and Technology N. S. Boseraju visited the Quantum Computing Laboratory, Delta-Q, astatine the IMJ Institute of Research successful Moodalakatte, Kundapur connected Wednesday.

Watching the experimental setup of the ion-trap-based 16-qubit quantum processor being developed astatine the institute, Mr. Boseraju appreciated the inaugural by the IMJ institute connected aboriginal exertion and innovation.

He emphasised the value of promoting precocious technological probe and innovation ecosystems beyond metropolitan cities and encouraged the institute’s efforts toward gathering a globally applicable quantum exertion programme successful Karnataka.

Former Minister K. Jayaprakash Hegde, Manjunath Bhandary, MLC, Shubhananda Prabhu, director, Science and Technology, STEPS Karnataka; Siddharth, president of IMJ Institute of Research, K. T. Satyajith, manager of IMJ Institute of Research and others were present.
