The Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has recommended assignment of Justice Sujoy Paul arsenic Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court.

The Collegium recommended assignment of Justice Paul successful a gathering held connected January 9.
