SC asks Lok Sabha MP to approach Patna HC with request to list his pending petition

The Supreme Court connected Monday granted liberty to Lok Sabha MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav to attack the Patna High Court requesting it to database his pending petition seeking upgradation of his information screen from 'Y' to 'Z' category.

Yadav, a sitting MP from Bihar's Purnia constituency, has sought upgradation of his information screen citing alleged threats from gangster Lawrance Bishnoi's gang.
