Lt. Gen. Fanil Sarvarov, caput of the Operational Training Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, died from his injuries, Svetlana Petrenko, authoritative spokesperson for Russia’s Investigative Committee said.
“Investigators are pursuing galore lines of enquiry regarding the murder. One of these is that the transgression was orchestrated by Ukrainian quality services,” Mr. Petrenko said.
The committee said that 1 of the versions being investigated is that the weaponry was planted by Ukrainian peculiar services.
