Peace talks ​between the United ‌States, Russia and ​Ukraine ⁠are connected intermission amid the Iran war, ‌Izvestia reported connected Thursday (March 19, 2026), ‌citing Russian ‌officials.

Izvestia ⁠said the ⁠Kremlin had confirmed the intermission and ​that the ‌Iran warfare could propulsion Kyiv towards compromise.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Russian Presidential Envoy Kirill Dmitriev would proceed moving connected concern and economical cooperation, but the trilateral talks were connected pause.

“Kirill ‌Dmitriev continues work. ​The trilateral radical is ⁠on pause,” Peskov was ⁠quoted arsenic saying by ‌Izvestia.
