Russia launched an overnight onslaught connected the northeastern Ukrainian metropolis of Sumy, injuring 11 residents, including 4 children, Ukraine’s exigency services said connected Friday (October 31, 2025).

The Sumy portion borders Russia and has been nether changeless onslaught from some drones and missiles.

The exigency services said connected Telegram messenger that Russia had struck a residential multi-storey building, backstage houses and infrastructure facilities.

Local Governor Ihor Kalchenko said Russia had attacked the railway depot, destroying respective carriages and damaging buildings.
