In a bid to forestall projects from stalling owed to fluctuating bitumen prices owed to the West Asia crisis, the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has invoked the prima complaint strategy for operation materials, constricted to bitumen, cement, and steel. The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is besides apt to follow the aforesaid method, including for completing pending works astatine Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout (NPKL). 

In addition, the GBA has decided to widen the deadline of projects affected by disruptions by 33 days.
