A child's close to acquisition does not encompass the close to prime a peculiar schoolhouse for it, the Delhi High Court has held.

A Bench of Chief Justice D.K. Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia said the Right to Education (RTE) Act was a beneficial legislation, enacted to execute the objectives of societal inclusion and ensuring that schools go a communal abstraction which was not differentiated by barriers of caste, taste radical oregon caste lines.

"However, specified a close to acquisition cannot beryllium translated into close to prime a peculiar school," the Court ruled connected March 25.
