Resolution on phansi-ghar to be moved in Assembly

Last August, the Speaker had alleged that crores of rupees were spent connected the operation and advertisement of “fake phansi-ghar” by the erstwhile Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. Mr. Gupta referred the substance to the Committee of Privileges for inquiry, which summoned AAP main Arvind Kejriwal and 3 different enactment leaders respective times for questioning. However, the AAP leaders skipped the summons, describing them arsenic “legally untenable”.
