Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS), Bengaluru, hosted a delegation from the University astatine Albany — State University of New York (SUNY), led by President Dr. Havidán Rodríguez connected January 16.

The sojourn culminated successful the signing of 4 Memoranda of Agreement, establishing a broad India–US collaboration focused connected engineering education, module and pupil exchange, associated capstone projects, program co-design, and translational probe successful semiconductors, VLSI, nanotechnology, AI, and applied sciences.

A cardinal item of the concern is the associated improvement of a BTech programme successful VLSI Design and Technology astatine RUAS, aligned with SUNY Albany’s nanoscale engineering standards.

RUAS Chairperson Dr. M. R. Jayaram emphasized that the collaboration aims astatine ‘co-creation of curricula, talent, and translational capability’ successful enactment with nationalist priorities.

Dr. Rodríguez reaffirmed University of Albany’s committedness to global, mission-driven partnerships. He besides inaugurated the Dassault–Ramaiah Innovation Centre, which aims to fortify industry-integrated learning and research.
