Two institutions and 3 personalities who contributed to the societal and taste improvement of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry received the Rajasthani-Tamil Seva Awards 2026 connected Sunday.

The recipients of the awards see Sudha Seshayyan (Academic leader, physician, and taste polymath), B. Sargurunathan (Chief Othuvar and custodian of saivite philharmonic heritage), Payir Trust (Pioneer successful Holistic Rural Transformation), K. R. Raja (Advocate, Reformer, and Social Architect) and Public Health Centre, West Mambalam (An Enduring Legacy of Community-Driven Healthcare).

Speaking astatine the event, Supreme Court Judge R. Mahadevan, who was the main guest, said the nine which honours its citizens for bonzer services would beryllium acclaimed globally.

Pointing to the efforts of awardees to service the society, Justice Mahadevan said: “It is simply a bully thought to absorption connected strengthening the villages for nationalist maturation and development. It is an honour for the Rajasthani Association to recognise institutions that question to conserve 800 h2o bodies, protects indigenous crops, and provides nutrition for 35,000 children.”

Balagurusamy (Former Vice-Chancellor, Anna University), Sugalchand Jain (Eminent Philanthropist, and Founder-Chairman, Bhagwan Mahaveer Foundation).

Narendra Srisrimal, president of the association, besides spoke. The Rajasthani Association Tamil Nadu was established successful 1967.
