“Quantum computing has grown from thought experiments to trillion dollar exertion making the intolerable possible. Quantum computing represents a caller epoch of computers. While accepted computers enactment connected bits, quantum computers run connected qubits. As a result, they tin execute aggregate calculations simultaneously,” said A.R. Usha Devi from the Department of Physics, Bangalore University, successful Belagavi connected Thursday.

She was speaking astatine a two-day National Quantum Students Conference and Symposium 2026 organized by VTU Quantum Club Jnanasangama successful collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).
