A round-table league connected ‘BC Reservations – Government Policy – Social Implications’ termed the petitions filed successful the Supreme Court challenging the Telangana government’s determination to heighten reservations for Backward Classes (BCs) successful section assemblage elections arsenic ‘politically motivated attempts to derail societal justice’. They asserted that the Apex court’s determination to uphold the government’s determination would reaffirm the law validity of the State government’s decision.

The discussion, organised by the Samajika Telangana Intellectual Forum astatine the Somajiguda Press Club connected Monday, was attended by Professor Thirumalay, Professor Muralikrishna, Professor Sammayya, Justice Chandrakumar, and Mr. Kumaraswamy.
