Dindigul City North Police connected Monday seized 1.3 kg of ganja from 2 persons. The cognition led the constabulary to the location of a suspected supplier from wherever the authorities further seized 0.85 grams of methamphetamine.
On receiving a tip-off, the constabulary patrolled Nagal Nagar and intercepted a car and seized 1.3 kg of ganja from the vehicle. Two persons, M. Raguram of Erode and Z. Abdul Basith of Dindigul, were arrested and the conveyance was besides seized.
Following an inquiry, the duo revealed that the supplier was besides staying successful Nagal Nagar. When the constabulary rushed to the spot, the fishy fled the scene.
Police searched the premises and seized 0.85 grams of methamphetamine from the house. They besides seized a two-wheeler.
