A constabulary inspector of the Sadashivanagar constabulary presumption has been booked allegedly for harassing his woman implicit dowry, physically assaulting and intimidating her and children.

Kavya alleged that her hubby Girish B.P. subjected her and their children to repeated carnal maltreatment and dowry-related harassment.

According to the complaint, Kavya has alleged that Girish assaulted their girl with a cricket bat and besides attacked household members with a solid vessel nether the power of alcohol. She said that helium had been physically abusive towards her and the children and had been harassing her for dowry since 2017.

In her complaint, Kavya stated that astatine the clip of their marriage, astir 15 years ago, her household spent astir ₹30 lakh, including 250 gm of golden jewellery and ₹5 lakh successful cash. She alleged that an further ₹10 lakh was aboriginal fixed to her husband. Despite this, helium continued to request much wealth and subjected her to intelligence and carnal harassment.

The complainant has alleged that her hubby threatened to person her killed if further dowry was not paid. She has accused him of having an extramarital relationship.
