A sub-zonal commandant of the banned outfit Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC), a splinter radical of the CPI(Maoist), was arrested with arms and ammunition from Jharkhand’s Latehar district, constabulary said connected Tuesday (May 5, 2026).
