The Surathkal Police connected Tuesday, October 7, arrested an alleged inter-State thief from Kerala and recovered a motorcycle and a pickup conveyance worthy ₹3.1 lakh from him.

The constabulary gave the sanction of the accused arsenic Hamja Kuppikanda alias Hamsa alias Hamja Ponnan, 29, lad of Shaji alias Shafi, nonmigratory of Varkala village, Thiruvananthapuram district.
